Many people stay up late, overstimulate themselves with late-night activities and interrupt their sleep with chemicals or drugs. According to a statistic, only 25% of people surveyed have deep eight-hour sleep. Lack of enough hour and deep sleep may not be good for your health and beauty, causing damage in the future. So remedying bad habits to retain beauty as long as possible is necessary before it is too late to reserve it. Below are bad sleeping habits you should get rid of:

 

Sleeping with makeup on


Eye makeup can irritate your eyes while you sleep. In addition, having makeup for a long period of time may produce dermatitis. Makeup will settle into your pores.
