Rachel Frederickson, a voice-over artist from Los Angeles, was named the season 15 winner of “The Biggest Loser” on Tuesday night (February 4, 2014). The former high school swimmer beat out fellow contestants Bobby Saleem and David Brown to take home the grand prize of $250,000. Weighing in at 105, she broke the record at the final weigh-in as she was the first contestant in history to finish the show underweight.

Rachel Frederickson weighed 260 pounds before she took part in the competition. After seven-and-a-half months, the reality TV star lost 155 pounds or 59.6 per cent of her body weight. While many concerned fans feared for her health, Miss Frederickson insisted that she was absolutely at healthy and sustainable weight. "I've never felt this great and it's very exciting," the 24-year-old brunette said. "I just love myself and I am embracing it."

She also said that she made the transformation in a healthy way. "I'm extremely proud of the way I lost the weight. I followed the advice and supervision of the medical team at The Biggest Loser the entire journey," Rachel Frederickson revealed. "Now I'm really in maintenance mode, so now it's going to be about finding either doing a yoga class this day or a spin class this day. I think I'm even going to try dance classes, because I don't have a lot of rhythm but I feel like it'd be a lot of fun to just add totally new things in."
