When we begin to understand the importance of a healthy diet, we usually start thinking about planning a healthy eating schedule.         -  Protein, which are muscle building blocks, which helps us gain strength
        -  Fat, which is a balanced consumption of Omega 3, 6 & 9
        -  Water, at least 1 ounce per body pound.
        -  Various green veggies, especially fibrous veggies to maintain body weight and immunity
        -  Fruits

It is always worth following a proper and healthy diet according to your nutritional requirements. So, just adopt a few ways of eating healthy, and enjoy healthy living!!!
