People with diabetes and high blood pressure need a proper diet. Vitamins and juices from common fruits, which contain a high level of sugar, are not good for these patients. Following are some smoothies that are highly recommended.

1. Bitter melon juice

Bitter melon has raw fiber, phosphorus, iron, beta-carotene, vitamins B1, B2, PP, C, amino acids and 5-HT, which are all essential for the body. It is good for your blood, liver and eyes. It can detoxify the body and treat some diseases such as heat-stroke, fever, dysentery, furuncles and pinkeye. Some tests proved that this fruit contains a compound similar to insulin that can reduce blood sugar levels markedly and be used to treat diabetes.

2. Apple juice

Apple has the highest content of fructose among fruits. 4. Cucumber juice

5. Bell pepper juice

Bell pepper juice has vitamins B1, B2, PP, protists, sugar, calcium, phosphorus, iron, beta-carotene. It is a vegetable that contains the highest level of vitamin C. Its compounds can stimulate gastric juice production, increase excretion and thereby improve digestion. All juices above can prevent and treat high blood pressure and diabetes. You should include them in your diet once every three days. However, drinking too much can cause the body’s imbalance. You should use skin of those fruits to retain their properties.
